Descripton

Veolia has the O&M contract for the Barangaroo South Recycled Water Plant.

The plant was to be constructed by others with Veolia to take over for the O&M phase. Due to the financial collapse of the WTP subcontractor, Veolia was delivered a partially designed and constructed plant and awarded a contract to,

• Develop a process control philosophy
• Implement the PLC and SCADA control system
• Commission the process

Due to the tight delivery timeframe and poorly defined scope. Veolia implemented this project using a mix of internal and external resources.
